I'm a DIY money saver kinda guy, but definitely plan on getting an ARB when the time comes. The fact you can get walls for them really appeal to me.

How about you get the ARB but make the mounting brackets yourself?? Win win.

The only reason for trying a DIY is the awning would be wider and I could still mount it off the back of my rack because it would fold down to 5ft. Then I would have the coverage for cooking and sitting and it would be essentially a fox wing if you count the coverage from the tent itself.

Having the hardest time in the world on my next add on. SCS wheels, or a shell? Kind of leaning toward a shell. I would get a used one, but it is rare to find one in Pryrite Mica. Then again the SCS wheels are also extremely rare to get. have to be super quick on them both. Next order doesn't come in till September, maybe if I don't find a shell by then I will get the wheels.

I vote shell as it's functional vs. aesthetics. Having locking, dry storage is extremely handy.

Solid point. Any time I pack up to go on trips, I always wish I had more storage. with my previous Tacoma I had a Tonneau cover, but even then it wasn't enough. Its funny, I used to think Shells on pick ups look UGLY! No I think they make certain build look so much better!

I completely agree! I think on a stock tacoma, they're meh. On a lifted/built tacoma, I think they look AWESOME. Especially with a rack on top loaded with all sorts of goodies.

Lots of Tires & Oil Changes
I never could justify the $$ for a Lift but I always wanted, When I wore the Suspension out & the stock Bilstein 4100 Broke (don't think that's supposed to happen), I Looked at the Bilstein 5100 3" Lift kits with Add a Leaf, I didn't like the change ride height settings (always going to be on Max, Duh) I like the RS9000 option to adjust ride stiffness but didn't want lift blocks...so I ordered all the parts seperate & add a Leaf for rear... Just got it back from shop today. New lower control Arms, New Upper Control Arms, New Sway Bushings, New Struts, New Rear Shocks & Add-a-Leaf... It doesn't look like much but the worn out suspension sagged so bad it was equiv of a 6" Lift...Like having a whole new truck. Here's to the next 200k .

Method NV rims wrapped in BFG KO2 275/70/17
Offset is perfect in my opinion and the ride is awesome.
Alignment was good and a huge shoutout to Laceys alignment shop in Charlotte NC for a great job.

This one you can if you hook it up to a tank.
