Grill was around $50, mesh insert was $200, and lettering was $45. So cost me about $300. I built it myself.

It actually cleared better than we thought it would. I got a canton racing front sump oil pan so it clears the diff by a mile. It cleared fine with no cutting but we went ahead and notched the front crossmember just a tad to give it even more room.

Posting again because I didn't get a definite answer. Has anyone replaced side mirror glass? I have power mirrors and the motor and everything still works fine but the glass is shattered. Can I just glue on a new glass piece or do I have to get a whole new assembly.

Quick question. Key goes into door but won't turn to unlock it. Haven't got a chance to look at it yet. Easy fix?

I saw the glass but wanted to know if anyone had done it, and what they used to adhere the new glass.

For $5 I'd just stick it on there with some good glue/epoxy

You can get the glass only and stick it on with a good 2-part epoxy. Don't press too hard and break the new one when installing it! It might be easier if you remove the whole assembly and let it sit glass-down to let the epoxy harden, that way it won't run down and drip out the bottom.

For anyone who's replaced their clutch, did you need a guide tool to keep the clutch centered on the pilot bearing? I've seen threads talking about doing it without mentioning one and a video that uses one. Confused. :annoyed:

Yes one should be used otherwise it is a super tough job to get aligned, basically a huge waste of time without the tool.

    Thanks - first timer :anonymous:

Anyone recommend lce kits? I'm going to be ordering headers and figured it'd save money on shipping if I bought one from them...
