The ford is down for the count :(. Waiting on replacement parts now. Hopefully just a bad sensor but who knows.

New springs that Austin installed are doing great tho! Happy to have that project taken care of.

Talking the austin wolf guy, right?
He's welding my sliders on next Tuesday! Glad to finally have some legitimate protection.

Hey at least you got a great deal on that truck when you bought it.

I know everyone is busy doing their thing but I'm reaching out for some help to get a couple things done before Labor Day weekend. If anyone can spare some time in the next two weekends I'd be extremely grateful.

I have a carrier bearing and a pair of cv's to swap as well as some electrical projects to troubleshoot and sort out.

Sliders are arguably one of the best and most important mods you can do to a rig if you're going to wheel it. They are well worth the expense!

I have not hung out in this thread lately but always great to see the wrenching weekend plans. Great people helping each other out. Nice to see. We enjoy this type of camaraderie within TAC as well but since most of us have limited garage space we have been using txt messages amongst smaller subgroups to communicate. Occasionally we will throw out a blast when weather looks good and feel comfortable wrenching in the driveways.:D

My local hangout is on IH8MUD with the Tornado Alley Cruisers but as VP of the club it is one of my duties to organize our club fundraiser and get the word out to everybody. A large percentage of any profits generated goes to support Toyota Land Cruiser Association, Blue Ribbon Trail Coalition and any other organization that is helping to keep the trails open for all of us. Our registration fee only covers the fixed costs of putting on the event. The raffle ticket sales are what generates some profit for donations to these other organizations. I believe last year some of you guys came down for Fall Crawl w/TAC at Flat Nasty. I promise we will have more exciting raffle items than last year and hope to be able to post up some sneak peek pics soon.

This year the Fall Crawl is going to be Sept 22-24, 2017. Unfortunately we are having some technical difficulties with our website hosting service which prevents us from getting the registration process going. We are winging it and for now you can find more information about the family gathering as follows:

For those that do FaceBook go here. For those that are a little more old school go to IH8MUD here.
    https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/fall-crawl-2017-at-flat-nasty.1003065/

If you've seen these links several times before I apologize but as stated above, I am in charge of getting the word out. :D

Hope to see you in the Ozarks in Sept!

Do you guys ever do random meetups during the week or weekend without any wrenching? Just hangin out? Or are the meetups all business? lol

I'll double check with the wife, I know there was something she wanted to do in the afternoon so I should be able to sneak away for a few hrs in the morning.
