it was never secured. I used Super quick fists and my own brackets to attach it to the rail.

yea I've read that thread....it doesnt say anything about them discontinuing them and TL;DR on the other 50+ pages. haha

yea, I think I'm going to hold off for now... it's tempting thought. haha

hahaha I actually am really looking forward to checking out your truck (and have been for awhile).... it will likely be the decider for (if) I ever go "full retard" on my truck whether to SAS or to go LT....

I wanted to see it at the World of Beer meet, but my daughter punting the pint glass and acting like a douche in general put a stop to that. haha

No worries man, if its naked, it will make viewing the rear all the more easier. Cool thing is I can still be a bum and have the taillights bolted up without bedsides. Im sure I will get some funny looks if that happens.

Haha that's how I view his name...but he is "down to fiesta" to keep it PC im sure. He does make a LT race kit though that is pretty freaking nuts though. You can see who I am referring to if you search for DTFtacoma.

Hmm I wonder how I could lock that thing down. Doesn't look like it come with any place to slip some steel cable or a padlock through.
