    A little lift and a little armor
    How does the bestop connect to its frame? Is it similar to the softoppers? That mount doesn't go under the frame. It's bent/welded to fit between the frame and the canvas.

    Are you trying to mount the lights hanging over the back tailgate? Or do you want them on the side of the bed? I think the antenna pic from @deadhed61, the antenna is mounted on the side of the bed and not over the tailgate.
    Would be pretty easy to make up a bracket that attaches to your side bedrails and slips under the bestop and the bed rail to mount your lights on.
