Guess you didnt search, But I have one in my DC. 10" JBL competion sub, 2000 watt MTX 4-channel Amp, an 4 gauge wiring with a double din DVD players, and alpine speakers and tweeters. If you went with the 8's you might be able to squish them behind the seats. There is a very shallow ten out there you could fit in there too, But it would sound like shit. I have a colour matched to my fabric sub box with the JBL in it that i just rest in my backseat, Sounds awesome and i have the quick release wire connectors, so it takes me 5 seconds to take it out if i need the room.

Sorry I can't help you with the speakers but I got a cool idea this morning too.

I want to put bigger tires on my truck. Unfortunately, they won't fit. So I got this awesome idea to lift the truck by changing out some of the suspension components. Maybe even put in some stiffer springs to add a little height.

Has anyone heard of doing such a thing to a truck? Maybe I'll start a separate post in the 2nd Gen forum and ask!

are you talking about the shallow boxes that go behind the rear seats? If so, they don't sound like shit. My system knocks and i'm running two 10" Memphis S class. The pictures are in my profile of the setup. Subs match air space needed and thats all that matters.

Really? I'm gunna check that out, couple of my buddies are running the same sort of setup, just with the single ten, I find they hit at too high of a frequency. I would imagine it would be different with two subs,

i swear it hits hard....maybe its the right box with just the right setup but I did my homework with the balance of power and air space in the box along with the speaker rating.
I imagine any setup could sound awful but not the case here.
