FINNS Island style grub. Panama City Florida. Awesome fish tacos, guacamole, tuna dip. Doesn't look like much but it worth making the trip down Thomas Drive.

If anyone gets up to the U.P. Michigan and your near Ontonagon. It's on Lake Superior. Stop in at Syl's Café. It's small but I had one of the best breakfast s that I have every had.

Any of you guys ever ate at one of these places? A new one opened up in High Point a few months back. I've eaten there 4-5 times.
Good food, daily drink specials and all at a really good price. Plus there is a little eye candy. Just enough to catch your eye without
    upsetting the wife.

    Carolina's Mexican Food.
    http://www.carolinasmex.com

It is only a few minutes from the airport. Best Mexican food in town. Go at lunch and the place is packed wall-to-wall with workers, cops, gang members, business folks.... all walks of life love it. Get a dozen of the best and largest tortillas to go, they may not make it home. If you try and fly out with a dozen tamales or tortillas, TSA will try and confiscate for their lunch. If you want tamales for Christmas Eve (Southwest tradition) you want to order before Thanksgiving or you will be out of luck. The salsa has that perfect balance of kick and flavor. It is a dive from outside and inside and located in a somewhat bad neighborhood (its getting better), but it is worth it. It is actually a "safe zone" for the gangs, no one will be messed with coming or going.

There is a location in N. Phoenix too, but it isn't nearly as good.... avoid it. Go to the one on Mohave St.

In Buffalo Ny there is an old school Italian place called Chefs.. it is a local landmark and I would put their sauce up against anyplace. The spaghetti parm is a house speciality and truly is worth the drive just for that.

Meh. I never do. Always cook at home. I know, I know, I'm missing out on some good stuff, but I like cooking too much. Plus I live in the woods and don't ever make time to drive 20+ miles to anywhere decent.

My dad told my kids he was taking them to ronny's steakhouse, daughter was ok, but don't like steak. Son was wicked excited, he loves to go out to eat and had never heard of this place. When they pulled into McDees parking lot, my son ask why we here? My dad told him it was ronny's steakhouse, to which my son replied, that's pretty stupid. We still tease him about it 5 years later.

The Crossing Bar and Grill in Wisdom, MT.
(No address needed, it's a one horse town. Visit the trading post for coffee and walk to the The Crossing for food)

Best steak I have ever had. Best pie I have ever had. Best Breakfast I have ever had.

It is located in a small farming town, passed through on a cross country motorcycle ride, I will never forget the food or the people. I plan on going back as soon as I can.
