Does it take more skill to drive a LB?

Requires more skill to drive a short bed. Because it turns tighter. You got be aware of where rear tires are at all times.

 

So a motorcycle must be really hard to drive with that logic

 

just like big full size trucks, always compensating for something.

Short beds don't need to give the appearance of being big.

 

A tricycle would be even harder.

its 1 ft longer...1 ft (12 inches)...its not going from a mini cooper to an 18 wheeler.

Wouldn't matter if it were a long bed or short bed.

I also have a pic somewhere with the bed full of a stack of 8' 2x4s and 4x8 sheets of siding when I was building a storage shed.
Softopper full to the top, and a few things in the roof basket.
Wheeling in a DCSB, so easy, my wife can do it!

considering the long bed double cabs never came with the option of a standard transmission, id say it takes less skill to drive one. DCSB or ACLB FTW.
