Orange County CAF's: up to no good

Is your picture hanging over the side of the bed? Could possibly do what Eddie said and do a mount under the rails of the bestop. But that's still a lot of work I don't want to do lol. I'll probably just do the bed reinforcement idea.

It mounts inside the bed on the rails, follows the frame (so the canvas still fits over it), and the boxed section rests on the flat top part of the bed sides

 

Could maybe work. But it's already sitting on my bed rack. Good in theory, but more work than I want to put in to something that's not a major issue for me at the moment.

 

My ol' Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps looked like Dave Grohl. Every time I talked to my Gunny I would ask when will I get to see the band He actually like their music

 

Not yet. Most of my fishing gear is all packed away right now but I hope to get out there soon.

Good afternoon gentleman! So this Friday afternoon I should be receiving the front fox shocks 2.5 no resi I already got my rear fox shocks 2.0 no resi and I wanted to see if anybody would be available to help a brother out. I want to put it on Friday so I can try it out Saturday night at Joshua Tree. Thank you so much in advance

If you get them installed on Friday I would recommend getting an alignment prior to driving all the way out to the desert. You should be able to find an alignment shop open on Saturday morning.

 

I agree, i would have my local america tires do it, i have my 3 years unlimited alignment package thru them.

Interesting. I usually get my tires installed by Discount Tire and they don't do alignments. I thought Discount Tire and America's Tire were basically the same thing.

 

What about really early Saturday? I have my rear right not but I dont know if I should do that today and wait till friday for the front

Oh... Different than what I was thinking. America's Tire is totally different than American Tire Depot. You should reserve an alignment appointment for Saturday morning so you are sure to get a spot...

 

@jvill4 the front can be swapped in an hour, two tops. You shouldn't need to adjust the ride height and that saves a lot of time. Install them, take a quick trip around the block and double check the toque on everything. If you're happy with the height leave it be, if not plan on an extra hour to adjust the ride height. (shouldn't take an hour, but estimating on the long end of things)
