What did you think of Austin? It is my hometown and of course think it's great, but it has gotten too big for it's poor infrastructure. Traffic sucks and everything is expensive as hell now.

I think there's only about 50 sites. The water sites are great with plenty of space between them and wonderful sunsets. Lately the swimming beach has been closed on and off due to blue-green algae blooms.
Southwick and Green Lakes are also nice weekend trips for us.

Yeah the beach is closed now but at least today was nice compared to the past few. We will be going to Green Lakes in a couple of weeks which we like a lot.

Headed out to the Wallowas and Eagle Cap area for a few nights with the lady (and girlfriend). We dispersed camped each night which included a great (but smokey) view of Hells Canyon/Seven Devils peaks as well as a spot along the North Fork of the John Day River.

I need to take more diverse pictures of the truck it seems.

Do you have coordinates for the first spot? Driving throughout Oregon for a week next week and would love to see that

If you're planning on heading to the far northeast of Oregon, DM me for the coords. FYI: Depending on where you're planning to be, chances are that first spot is VERY far out of the way... lots of miles up a steep washboarded gravel road. I'm selling it, I know.

PS: While you're in Oregon, you should plan a trip out to the several beaches you can drive on... something you can't do in H.B. :mudding:

Did you travel far with that in tow? Does the truck handle it well pulling? I haven't towed anything with mine yet, seems weird with all the shifting going on all the time.

I admit I creeped through your previous post and didn't see definitive info before asking this. What lift setup did you end up with? I really like your trucks stance. Are those coopers 265s or 255s? Truck looks awesome man!
