    Eeeehhhhh...... I dunno. Unless you saw them specifically park like that.

    In DC there's a street near Verizon Center that is Angle Parking Only on Sat and Sun and reverts to Parallel Parking Only during the week. Monday morning there's always a couple of assholes that left their car in the angle spot and block the morning rush of traffic.
