I looked at the Total Chaos stiffeners for a while. They are dam nice and they go all the way up the bedside. But I went for the less expensive ones, with the beer opener...

messaged him 3 times on fb now, says seen so he's read it but no reply.

Just messaged him now asking for either an update on when they're coming in or a refund. At this point I'd rather order them elsewhere and pay more than deal with this.

Just an update, contacted me today saying they're having a hard time issuing a refund and will do it through E transfer but again went dark as soon as I provided email and said I just need to know the password but no reply now.

Contacted shopify which is where core is hosted and they told me reach out to my bank.
I have heard good things about Core in the past but lately it just seems to be bad reviews from everyone now. three people have messaged me on FB now saying they had similar problems and when they went to DDScustoms in barrie, the guys there said they've had a few customers come and say the same about core.

So ya like Pete said for those of you considering ordering from Core just be careful. I'd suggest using Paypal so if he doesn't deliver you can get a refund easier.
Really a shame, I'd much rather support a local company than order through the states.

he's replying now. Hopefully he can issue my refund and that's it, no problems after that.
I'd like to support him in the future if things get sorted out properly and he can deliver just to support local business. Just need to see if shit is sorted out.

Since we talk bad about vendors, I would suggest to stay away from All-Pro Off-Road too. Ordered bed bars from them few weeks ago and I was told that they will be shipped to me by the end of that week. Guess what, it's been a month and I am getting refund now, liars... On top of that, they reply very late, like 2-3 days after. So now I am going to make those bed bars myself, found the material and the shop that can bend steel for me.

My truck is equipped with All-Pro Off-Road armor. I only had 1 issue with my sliders ending up being the wrong ones when they arrived, it was corrected at no cost to me other than my time.

I purchased all my armor through The Garage in Huntsville. They ship to the US side, then bring the items over in their own truck. Saved me a ton on shipping.

I think with all-pro it depends on where you are getting it from. If your getting it directly from them I have heard of bad experiences like @NorilskSever. However getting it from a middleman like @llamasmurf i have heard good things.

i think the best customer service I have ever dealt with was pelfreybilt. Quick times, unbelievable customer service, and the product was exactly what it was suppose to. I only bought a batterybtray and I got all this lol. Can't wait to get their gas tank slide
