Glad you liked it! I watched the season in a couple days. I'm curious if there's a second season somehow. I'm not sure how they'd pull that off though.

Seriously, thank god for the fucking internet. Firsr off, it brought us TW. Secondly, it saved my knee from a chemical burn from icy hot.

I played ultimate frisbee on Tuesday again for the first time since breaking my finger a couple months ago. Had a blast, but of course was sore afterwards. I'm at home and my left knee is bugging me as usual, so I pop some ibproufen and put icy hot on my left knee.

Of course the more the better, so I roll it on nice and thick. This is like 3 hours before bed, and it's feeling good, and helping with the pain.

I just woke up 2 hours later and my knee is on FIRE. LIKE HOLY FUCK, IS MY KNEE BLEEDING EVERYWHERE? It hurt so goddamn bad. I go to the bathroom, and my knee is pink as shit. I google a remedy, and I ended up scrubbing my knee with soap and water, and then glorious olive oil of all things.

I now smell like a giant olive and my knee is slowly feeling better as I lay on the couch at 1am.

 

Wth! I never use that stuff, I always thought it was heating more on me than anyone else, very uncomfortable heat... throw that thing in the garbage and use the good old ice pack and a hot water bag...

This exact thing happened to me on Tuesday. My left shoulder had been bothering me since Saturday. I was at the gym doing a deadlift and lost form. It did not hurt immediately but as soon as my body cooled down the pain came. Fast forward to Tuesday. Its shoulders and chest day but my shoulder is still hurting. I had bought some roll on icey hot and went to town on it. Well Ill be damned if my shoulder did not feel like it had scolding water being poured on it as soon as I started sweating. I made it home and quickly jumped in the shower. As soon as the water hit the area with icey hot I ended up with a red mark on my skin. 1st degree burn. Anyway, Fuck Shaq and his Icey Hot commercials!
