Used Tires

Alright so i ran across a deal for some tires and I've got a question. I bought some slightly used goodyear a/t tires ( approx 5K miles on them) which were on a suv with the whitewalls out, will it effect anything if i put the whitewalls to the inside when i switch them to my truck? I dont see any dips or side wear on the tires but i wanted to get someone elses opinion just in case

changing their direction can tear and shread up the tire from the inside and out? no?

 

dont you just switch sides and the tread will face the correct way again?

if you put the white letters facing in, then dont you just put the right front on the left front, and right rear on the left rear?

Uh, no. If so, then what would happen after tire rotations? The proper method for rotating tires is a "modified 'X' pattern": The front tires go straight back, then the rears go to the opposite side front location. Hence the rears will then be spinning the opposite direction after a tire rotation.
