Just thought I would drop these 2 in also... I'm constantly scanning Rainier's website for my barrel to be in stock and came across these.
    Phosphate Stripped BCG: $36
    https://www.rainierarms.com/rainier-arms-ar-15-bcg-phosphate-stripped/

Gen 1 NiB stripped BCG: $75
    https://www.rainierarms.com/rainier-arms-ar-15-stripped-bcg-nickel-boron-bolt-carrier/

Don't know how long Rainier will have these up.

They're stripped mind you that, but for someone wanting to build there own BCG with a different special bolt or something, these are great!

No I went with AR15 Performance because they are checking the headspace with the barrel I bought from them. Also because this barrel is $170 right now.

That's a sick price. Once I have my barrel and bcg in hand, I'm debating on using this service for head spacing: https://www.reamerrentals.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=300Bo.g\
Cool idea for a quick rental to check head spacing yourself. Though it only comes with go/no go gauges, no field gauge which is fine for the average shooter but I'll probably have it done locally with all three gauges.
    Should I?

Anyone have a coupon code for free shipping or something off?
I mean I'll probably do it being its $134 shipped, but always good to ask :notsure:

It's official, the Army looking at 7.62mm caliber rifles

    https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportu...f63ed769522a0cdf3df867774e8&tab=core&_cview=1

the Army is looking for an Interim Combat Service Rifle (ICSR) that is capable of defeating emerging threats. The Government has a requirement to acquire a commercial 7.62mm ICSR to field with the M80A1 Enhanced Performance Round (EPR) to engage and defeat protected and unprotected threats. The ultimate objective of the program is to acquire and field a 7.62mm ICSR that will increase Soldier lethality.
