I've seem to remember horror stories on Tacomaworld about 4 Wheel Parts stores. Not necessarily the one in Pelham (never been) but other store locations. Why? What are you wanting to do?

My whole issue is the fact that all of my tools and heavy duty equipment are back at my house in KY and when I come down here I only have a toolbox with a few essentials down here. I have significantly more freetime down here ironically than I do when I am back home over the summer because my job has me gone 40-50 hours a week. I was wanting to find a trustworthy and experienced location that has the tools necessary that I can do the work I want to do.

if only there were some kind of day set aside to do mods on tacomas between local Tacoma owners so experience and help could be passed around...

Main concerns are the fact that my shocks/struts are running their last few thousand miles on them and I wanted to tackle another suspension overhaul on them.

We were talking about having a mod day soon down here. I believe a mini mod meet and greet on the 19th of August. I'm not sure if we can do it at my house yet but that would be ideal. I have a garage and tools. @chrisrocks300

    If only!

If your willing to drive to Pelham then my place is closer. We have done that job many times.

Yeah I missed out on the mod day this past spring which was obviously a mistake. I just need to sell stock so I can buy some adjustable shocks, UCA's and an AAL in the back. Basically the next suspension upgrade I get I want a mid-travel setup

I don't know how they do it in that one city that must not be named, but we help people out up here in the crimson and white part of the state.

from what I understand, spindle lifts are better than spacer lifts because you don't need new control arms?

I don't think they have spindles that fit correctly on 5 lug pickups

I was also going to recommend mactrac spindles, but I didn't know you were a 5 lugger. I know they make an LT kit for 5 lugger, so someone must make a spindle for it.

I got to ride a sea doo for the first time today, it was awesome. For the first few minutes I was only doing like 10-20 kph but once I got used to it I started doing around 60

Personally I like 4 wheel parts. There stuff is usually as cheap as online and you can find new things. I don't have them do any work though
