Yea it's a soft tip. Bestop is the brand that makes the Jeep rag tops. They have windows but otherwise are the same construction as Softopper brand.

Don't really have any good photos of it on my phone..

@Lespaulkid01 ... you wouldn't happen to be a fan of Gibson LPs, would you?

How long have you been playing?

I like that. Great for hauling or camping and appears easy to remove when not needed. I hate caps so for me something like this would have been perfect!

My phone is going nuts right now. Lol

Yea, it's nice. I had a tonneau, but wanted some more headroom. You can remove the windows and just run the canopy, or it collapses and folds down behind the cab. No need to actually take it off the truck!

Hah yea, it's the username I've had forever. Don't have a LP anymore, but my second guitar was an Epiphone LP. Sold it to buy my PRS, which I sold last year to fund a new dobro. Currently have an Eastman acoustic and a boutique build dobro, along with my great grand fathers mandolin that I don't really know how to play all that well.

Been playing guitar for about 16ish years, and dobro for about 4.

I just had a Denver Nugget player driving a brand new Bentley suv flipping out over my old 52 year old Caddy here at my work. I told him I would swap straight up lol.

Hope your ok. Being a rider myself I've heard a lot of horror stories about bikes & deer.

Glad you're still kicking, man. Bikes are serious shit. It seems like every time I think about getting a bike, someone comes along and reminds me, "F*** no."

There are areas up near me that I know they cross the roads at and when I get to them I am tapping the horn constantly as I drive through. Like stretches a quarter mile long. Has to drive the people that live along those crazy. LOL But I don't care. My hybrid is nearly silent and I try to drive at the posted speed but most of the time we are coming from work and that's a long drive fro an old man with an enlarged prostate and small bladder. Recently one cleared a two lane blacktop road (no shoulders) jumping from one field to another. Would have come right though the windshield if I was 15 seconds sooner that night. Crazy when you see a deer mid air in that jumping stride/ legs tucked position in your path. Honestly though it's the populated areas like down on the Bel Air bypass that are worse. They will graze right along side the road and just walk out in into the road. On average we count anywhere from a dozen to two dozen hit every year on the three roads we travel to get to work. Not including the ones we see on I-95.....

And yea, being a rider for a long time, I feel ya, and am just glad you are safe. That would have definitely left a mark.........
