    Dear @The Hunter,

    For the past four pages of this thread you've been pointlessly argueing over pointless shit. Nobody cares about your 3412 cat motor. Seeing as how that's the only motor you reference, how can we be sure that your a master mechanic for everything? Nevermind it doesn't matter.

    Secondly, why are you so worried about what Lloyd does with HIS truck. If he wants to take a few extra seconds to torque every bolt let him. It really doesn't effect you. If he torques everything to spec that's less he needs to worry about while he's driving. Maybe if more things were torqued to spec on your 3412 or VW you wouldn't be working on it so much:notsure:

    Correct me if I'm wrong here but setting the torque on a bolt doesn't just make it at the proper tightness. It also means the bolt is stretched at the correct pressure. Too much, the bolt weakens and could snap. Too little and could back out.
