    Basically free? For whom?

Do you have a 3br place? We could swing it and I would just rent out a shop.

I said plus or minus some costs..read the fine print. Plus the M/F ratio of here vs Gillette is easily worth that cost.

EASILY worth the money. I will admit that isn't that bad though. I actually have something coming up if I stay with this outfit that could get me to Denver soonish... That said I would probably buy a house. At which point you could just move in with me instead.

I will tell you right now, you buy a house and consider me moved into the attic. Not that eastern deal you mentioned before? I would love to see you here instead.

The kid who moved in went to Tech, few years older than I am. He is gonna room with me until he finds a place to buy.

Absolutely! I can't say that I disagree with that for a second. I saw a C6 Z06 today and found myself slack jawed

Lol just wait until you come down to visit. You will be on a constant swivel. Say an R8 and a S7 within 10 minutes of each other last week.

I imagine @MTgirl has better photos to share when she gets time to pull them off her camera. But for now here's some samples from our Magruder Corridor trip this weekend!

Although the Magruder trail itself is 110 miles of dirt road in the mountains (with zero radio or cell service available) it is easily passable in anything that can drive the distance without a fuel up. Trail guides suggest high clearance and 4 wheel drive. Honestly though, I'm pretty sure a Toyota Camry could make this trip. I saw some kind of Nissan sedan at one camp site - though UTVs and ATVs were a very common site throughout our trip.

The only section of trail that truly required ground clearance or 4x4 capability was the steep trail up to Burnt Knob to see the fire lookout tower.

    Fire Lookout atop Burnt Knob

    20708042_10212415839725610_3679704860754848336_n.jpg

The lookout was built upon a giant rock atop the mountain. The north and east sides of this rock are nearly sheer drops. And yet to level it's foundation the builders stacked rocks atop each other.

The view to the East of Burnt Knob. I wonder if the fire watchmen ever ventured down to bath and swim in the ponds below.

Views from the Green Mtn Lookout were hampered by the thick haze of smoke from regional forest fires. Ironic considering our vantage point.

Nice pics. There were some fire fighters at burnt knob when I was there a few weeks ago. They go on hikes around the area since they had been there a few days so I bet those are great swimming holes!
