Yep. Still wobbles. Check the passenger side but. Felt tight but was able to get another 1/4 turn on the adjustment nut before the torque wrench clicked. Also checked the torque on the pitman arm, was tight but moved a little. Still wobbles... but a little better. Now it's around 45-50 mph, and it feels like I can stop the wobble easier by slowing down a bit.

What are you using for a brake setup? Rotor not completely seated on the hub?

Also what's your caster look like? What were you shooting for/what is it at ride height? Is it off side to side?

The axle was made to take stock rotors and calipers. Ride height is even. I have been playing with caster from 5-8 degrees, and toe from 1/8" out all the way to 1/2" in. Right now I'm at 7* caster and 1/8" toe in. Caster and toe haven't seemed to make any difference.

Tacked the 14Bolt in finally. Time to flip her around and start gutting the ifs.

Did the 14bolt swap in the rear of mine. Love it so far! Only issue Im having is the breather leaking gear oil out...

I have a d60 rear. It does the same thing on long highway drives. The aftermarket diff covers allow you to put a lot of oil in. It'll stop eventually

Got my shit weighed this morning. 5140 gross, 2820 front, 2320 in the rear.
    Not bad.

And also been driving around at 65-70 and no more wobbles.

    Got alignment too.

Swung by recon to ask about the windshield, and they said I need to fix the windshield and my brake lines. Everything else looks good. Brake lines can't be touching anything, so I need to add some standoffs.

Speaking of brakes, does anyone know the fitting size exiting the master cylinder on a 2nd gen with ABS? The lines leading from the master cylinder to the ABS pump are larger than the lines leading out to the brakes.

So what was the issue at the end? How did you resolve it?

No idea what the actual cause was. Probably a combination of things. The axle nuts were a little loose so I torqued them, cranked on all the link bolts a little more, a bit more torque on the pitman arm. Alignment shop set my toe to zero, but I will probably bring it in a little. They also centered my steering wheel, but they didn't mess with the caster. Still feels like it wants to wobble right now, but it could be just the tire balance and zero toe.

Question for the 3 linked guys. How long are your links and where are your link brackets on the frame? Panhard spot on the frame as well? :spy:

apparently, it hasn't been solved. Very strange since it went away and I was driving around even on the freeway at 70 with no issues. But it's back and everything is still tight. Looks like my tires are out of round or got a flat spot tho...

Well WTF...Have you removed the front driveshaft and take her for a ride yet? I know you had it professionally balanced but wondering if it could be something down stream??

I thought about that, but the front drive shaft shouldn't be spinning in 2wd and with the hubs unlocked.

Yeah I know...I was trying to look at it in the video, and just thinking of stuff around/connected to the axle.Troubleshooting in my field we always keep going down stream and usually that finds the culprit. I'm new to the link/SAS myself so I'll just throw random shit out if it helps..lol Could an issue with your front locker be causing this? If it's engaged? :notsure: Just seems like you have ruled out everything else.

Nah, locker isn't hooked up yet. The tires are pretty out of round. Goodyear didn't even want to balance them because they said it's a waste of time.
