What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

A lot of the dual battery setups are to handle the extra power drain if you need to do extended winching, or to power things like a Fridge. Most fridges will work fine when drawing off the main battery, but will shut themselves off if the battery gets low to keep you from being stranded with a dead battery. Dual battery let's you draw off #2 for those accessories without worrying about the state of #1.

J I know most people don't like chrome, but o am looking at these wheels. Im looking for an inch of the tires to stick out from the flares, so what size/offset would be good on my sr5?

 

I like chrome. In fact I like my chomish grille but I am in the minority.

 

That is one of the only things that Toyota put on the trucks that people hate .

 

That is one reason I bought a Sport. I thought the black plastic grilles cheapened the look of the new Tacoma SR5. I guess it's because I owned a lot of Fords and Toyotas that had real chrome grilles before. Not a big fan of the cheese grater design but it will do for now.

 

Amazon, just bought and received mine yesterday. It fits perfectly and the rubber inserts are ridiculously sticky. No slide outside of the coin area.

 

Ordered one and a screen protector for the entune. Should be shipped Monday.

 

Had my 30K service done along with the CPI recall.

No it's an SR. Came with colored bumpers and black grill.

 

That truck does not have fender flares... Below is my SR5 which has fender flares. That is a pic from 7 NOV 2015 - 2 days before I drove her off the lot.
