LOL! Use to see this alot back in my window days. We called it 'Sucked in Swiggle'. It happens on smaller SU because they go through a heat press and they are not cooled down enough before the open corner is closed. We would let them cool and then heat the corner with a heat gun then close the corner. Problem solved.

Thank you!! I live at 20th and South St! I heard it was a pretty bad area in the 80s and 90s. An investor friend of mine bought 2 houses on the 1900 or 2000 block of bainbridge in the 80s. He said there was maybe 5 families living on that block. the rest were either board-ups or just vacant and rotting away. now houses in this area are selling for at least 500k. some reach 750k. The vanity came from Home Depot. It came with the cabinet, the top (with undermount sinks), the backsplash, the 2 mirrors, and a medicine cabinet type thing that I did not use. I think it was kokols brand or something like that.

I've unloaded five maxed out taco loads of free dirt so far around the pool. It is supposed to rain the next week so any more will be on hold. Also started setting some rocks flush for a path. Here is a very rough sketch of what I'm going for. Nice stone patio and retaining wall with built in steps. The retaining wall will continue around the rest of the pool and I want to plant shrubs on it like a planter box.

Yeehaw! After three weeks of mooching minimal wifi off friends, today we are back online!

Steady as she goes. I was at the house site today. Still don't understand how our tools/ shop/shed was spared... so we're slowly emptying the contents that keep them safe. Debris removal should start in a couple weeks. Waitain't to see what this coming rainy season brings to the steeply sloped site...

Finally had time to run to the store and get some wire nuts. Ended up only spending ~$60 total on it instead of the $400 one she wanted. IMG_4128.jpgIMG_4129.jpgIMG_4134.jpgIMG_4137.jpgIMG_4138.jpg

It's been one of those days... My girlfriend (who has now officially moved in) wanted to put a small pass through pet door on the door that leads to our bedroom.

The house was originally a 2 bed/1 bath, but in the 60's a living room, bathroom and master bedroom were added on the back. The way they built it made for a somewhat awkward layout. The door to the master is in the living room and when you open it you had to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. I sorta fixed this by making a hallway. Now when you open the door you see a hallway to the master bedroom with a pocket door on the left into the bathroom.

We close the door when people are over for privacy, however she has 2 cats and if you have or have had cats, you know they hate closed doors. So to keep the kitty peace while having privacy she asked to put in a kitty door. Simple job, right? In my defense it has been crazy around here. She moved in while we are remodeling, so tile guy, drywall guys, etc... all here making noise and messes, the living room is stacked to the ceiling with boxes, blah blah blah. My nerves are just shot. That's my excuse for this:

I put up a full glass Larsen on my front a few years ago. It's been a good one. I'm going to put one on the back now with the opening window and screen.

    Oh no!!!

I've got to do the back soon. It's just one of the cheap aluminum ones and it is shot. It will be a part of this kitchen project we are working on.

We just added a last minute cat door at my client build through an 8 ply stud pack that required the structural engineer to get involved
