i ordered my rack in beteen CBI buying them out, so 4-6 weeks has almost been 3 months, had issues contacting Zach, CBI helped little but that rack ordered befor they took over. Did finally get email saying they would refund thou. So we shall see. Really wanted rack, but not dealling with stuff like that

 

This isn't meant to trash anyone in particular but one thing I've noticed over the last couple years is a steep decline in customer service and general knowledge of employees. As a business owner I'd be appalled by one of my employees acting on my behalf and being completely undertrained and lacking basic knowledge of what we do and how we do it. I see it more and more with the other businesses I contract with. The problem is that no one stands by their product or services anymore and it's seeming more and more about the bottom dollar

Maybe it's cause I'm getting older and am more cognizant of these things subtle or blatant.

That sucks man! I guess I ordered at the right time knowing nothing about CBI taking over. I ordered on 7/8 and mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

 

Ordered min March 18th, CBI where very cool with trying to help. I ordered Originally from P themselves, CBI did call him to help get it Straitened out. Even the owner of P was OK (when he would respond which was the main reason im over it)

 

I've noticed there quite a few people still waiting that ordered long before me. Hopefully CBI can get everything worked out and keep a decent supply of stock so this stuff doesn't happen again.

 

I need a long bed cap.

 

To us Short Bed guys it seems like there are plenty of Long Bed accessories that pop up for sale/good deals and never as many Short Bed ones.

Ha! I always feel the opposite. I've got a black longbed cap, but would've definitely traded for a white one if someone wanted to.
