He's real. Met him once in a bar outside Chicago. Likes Jack Links jerky. Drinks Dos Equis. Smelled surprisingly good.

I have an extra set. They're selling the paper ones at gas stations near me for $2, I'll pick up another for you. I even bought a filter for my camera to take pics with from a tripod. Assuming we have clear skies and a good view.

Built some aluminum bed stiffeners... the parts keep piling up! Taking full advantage of my last week at work :p

Still planning on welding total chaos cam tab gussets together, and bending some aluminum for a fuse block mount

Sounds retarded but I successfully looked at a wiring diagram and turned it into functioning lights, which is a first for me in automotive stuff. They need fine tuned (won't be pointed forward) and I need to figure out how to make the ground cable for the switch longer and actually put the switch somewhere useful but I'm not electrocuted and everything kind of works, so it's a win!

I know I have a 2nd gen, and you have a turd, but there should be some useful bolts under the lower left kick panel to be used as a ground. Won't have to lengthen the wire this way.

This is assuming that they put fuse blocks in similar places to the 2nd gen.

I'll check, that would actually be extremely useful. The other two wires for the switch they gave me are like 12 feet long but the ground is reeeaaaallll short

I know. I've had 2 of their harnesses.

I won't use one for my reverse and ditch lights, though. Don't draw enough to need a relay
