The fan for my ac is making a strange noise. I took to Toyota and they said it's normal, which it's not. Has anyone else had a similar noise happen and if so what solution did you come up with?

I hear something like a whirring noise which seems normal, but with this kind of thing there is no substitute for hearing the noise in person. It would help if the video did not include all the banging and other noises.

Did you search the forums for heater fan noises? There is a well-known issue with the fans making a chirping sound, which has a fix.

Use a vacuum hose to your ear to find the exact spot of the sound.
