I am flying to Utah for a week mid August. Red Iguana is now on my list of places to visit. What should I order?

If you're going there I would suggest asking to try their mole sauces. They have some like 13 different types and they will bring a plate out with all of them so you can try the sauces and then choose a dish that has that sauce. I typically his enchiladas with my favorite mole sauce most times but everyone tastes are different.

First, plan on waiting cause there's always a line.

The enchilada sauces are amazing there - really like nothing else. As @duvinclunk said the moles are great. They're pretty strong so I like to get a mole dish and one or two others.
Some favorites: enchilada suiza, mango chicken/pork enchilada, even a plain old cheese enchilada - all three have different and delicious sauces.
The Don Juan tacos are great too.

Ugh, I'm so hungry now. I want one of everything.

The Red Iguana is the best, the La <whatever> places I can take or leave, but my personal favorite is Morellia's on State street. It's best to get there early because there's a line up every night of the week.

Lorena's in Woods Cross is the best Mexican restaurant. They even make their own chips and tortillas.

I still think that it's so funny that there are such die hard Mexican food fans in Utah. :taco:

Well I grew up in Texas and also lived in San Diego for a few years so that's understandable.

I've been looking for a Pryrite Mica Shell for a while now. Thinking I am just going to buy one on KSL and get it painted. Who have you guys used in the past that does really good at color matching? I've seen some jobs done in the past that are close, but when the sun hits it you can tell its just way off.

Too bad there isn't a windoor shell for sale on KSL because I'd be happy to sell my Pyrite Mica shell to pick up a windoor shell and then have it painted.

What's the difference between a Window shell and your shell out of curiosity?

Mine has windows that slide and have a screen on the backside that can also be opened as well. A windoor shell will still have windows but these windows can be opened from the outside and be lifted up like the hood of your vehicle to be able to access things from the side. It's more of a work truck style shell. 99% of the shells seen are going to be like mine with the sliding windows.

I don't even know what to price it at honestly. I was told by Snugtop at the time of sale it was one of the top of the line shells they offered (and confirmed by Sam T Evens who a dealer for Snugtop). What price range are you looking at?

I am in the same boat as you. I know new they are from like $1500-$2000, and just depends on all the add on's. On KSL, they are all priced super Random. Some are $300 and some are $1500. Seems majority are right around the $1k. If I can find a good in decent shape I kind of expected $800-$1k price range. I Don't know whole lot about the Shells, I know their basic functions, but I am more looking for one that doesn't make the truck look funny. Some Leer shells just give the truck a funny shape.

My guy Jose at Vision Auto Body down here in Sandy does good work. He's done a few of my friend's vintage cars, and most of his business is from new car dealers (blending/matching damaged panels) so he's used to making stuff look right.
