so you do NOT have the fuel pump installed and everything still runs well?

I was debating about holding off on the fuel pump so I don't have projects stacking up but still wasn't sure. I know nearly everyone swears to swap the pump (and I will) but its easier for me to know that I can do it after and not during.

So no lean codes or anything without the pump?

Any deficiency of the factory pump will be in high demand situations. Some have noted a flat spot in the higher rpms on dyno runs.
So as long as youre not rippin on it it'll be fine.

I never had plans to rip it. Somehow it still happens daily.

Factory pump. 2.8 pulley. All of my lean conditions were caused by BD tuner. My factory pump is usually able to keep fuel pressure at 41 psi. Have seen it go as low as 39 at WOT at 8# boost

I had a flat spot in my power band prior to the fuel pump swap. Never saw my AFR waver, but It felt like the truck just ran out of power during hard pulls on the highway. Same mods I have now, minus the pump. Now I have an intermittent code popping up, pretty sure its just the pump ring is leaking slightly or something. Dropping the tank and retightening everything is on my list of shit to do soon.

I ended up getting the S/C, UCON, and URD 05+ pump upgrade.

trying to find gauges (having a difficult time finding a new 15psi boost gauge (AEM)). Probably going with the flexpod gauge mount.

Just got my new s/c in the mail today! :bananadance: I got a good deal a kit from eBay that came with the BD tuner new in the box. I already arranged for the dealer to do the reflash, so I'd like to sell the tuner. Does anybody know if the 40480 only works on Tacoma's or can any tune be downloaded off BD's site to be compatible with other vehicles?

It is compatible with many vehicles. But no one is going to buy it....

40480 is supercharged Toyotas only unless things have changed.

I was just wondering if it would be worthwhile to other vehicles. I don't see any part number on it, other than Magnuson's tag with the 40480. Other than that, the box is generic with all of the vehicle manufactuerers that the tuner "works on."

Would you guys suggest I have the truck towed to the dealer for the tune or would it be safe to drive it 10 miles?
