Mornin fellas. So I'm installing my Maxtrac spindles (4") this weekend, removing the 887s and swapping with factory TRD OR coils (not trying to have 7" of lift lol). My question is that since I have the small top-plate spacer on the drivers side right now (5100s) to account for t-lean, should i remove it when the stock coils go back on? I vaguely remember someone saying that the stock coils account for it, but I wasn't sure.

    Thanks!

That's interesting. When I did my pre and post measurements for lifting, the driver side was lower than passenger pre and post measurements.

    I say, your choice.

Your choice honestly but yes the stock coils do account for lean in themselves. The coil with the yellow dot always goes on the drivers side, it's always a little longer.

    Nope. 3/4"
I talked to a couple of members on here before I made the buy and stated 3/4. They also tried 1/2" and 1/4, which didn't make much of a difference.

Regardless, the driver side will always be lower.

Thanks guys. Install went pretty well, alignment set for tomorrow morning. Now i just need to get the rear up another inch or two and she'll be done.

    For now...

Have you had any vibration from the drive shaft when you accelerate pretty hard? I just put the lift on also and ive noticed a slight vibration. I didnt do a drive line drop cause maxtrac said it wasn't necessary, but im picky.

No driveshaft spacer or cb drop for me. I really don't have any vibrations, maybe a slight one when accelerating "hard".

When lifting, vibration noise are increased. This is due to stock geometry changing.

You are referring to the rear drive shaft, right?
