Better to have extras to help. A few guys knocking out each truck would make things go a lot quicker.

May not hurt for both of you guys to spray down your bolts with some liquid wrench or PB a few days before hand.

somewhere in the Sterling / Ashburn area??? what kind of food are we feeling? (not Mexican) haha

agreed. hopefully we can get a group of these guys to roll through and get it knocked out in a day.... but either way, YOUR truck is my priority... We'll drop all the suspension off of my truck and then make sure and get everything installed on yours that way you arent w/out a vehicle.... I have the Miata worse case... I can leave my truck on jack stands and finish everything over a couple days.

yessir, I actually will probably spray it all down w/ PB Blaster on Friday morning before I go to work.... then drop all my suspension and take my bumper and intake off on Friday afternoon when I get home from work.

that way, on Saturday morning when he comes over, we can both get to wrenching on his truck... he can be taking things off and I can be putting things on.

    yep.....

    taking off his:
tailgate reinforcement, tailgate cap, intake, ultragauge, front bumper, sliders, front coilovers, UCAs, rear shocks, and AAL

(I have to take off all my stock stuff and give those to him)

I bought new hardware for the sliders, and I have to buy some hardware for the tailgate cap / reinforcement.... but I'll probably focus on suspension first since that's what's necessary to be driveable. haha

I'm also going to need to order the CMC plates and schedule that to be done

Ah the fun of UCAs. Not bad to install, just annoying to remove for the first time.

Its not bad, but yea. If you watch the TC video, it breaks it down in a decent video.

It's not crazy bad, but definitely the longest/most tedious part of doing the front suspension.

Depending on what I got going on, I can try to help. I have installed UCAs before, just a matter of making sure the spindle is supported and out of the way and getting that damn bolt out. Actually, putting in the new UCAs are annoying cause you have to wedge the spacers in between the UCAs. What UCAs are they?
