    A thing or two...
Red loctite is high strength. You need to apply heat to break the bond to remove properly. You'd most likely end up breaking the screw if you ever had to remove the lights. Your nylock nut is plenty for theft deterrent.

Anyone running a soft topper and a voodoo bed rack? I think thats the route I want to go. I emailed voodoo and they said that the voodoo rack would mount over a soft topper, but looking at the way the rack rests on the bed rails makes me wonder...

Yeah I wouldn't think the 2 would work together, but @KB Voodoo seems like a trustworthy fella.

If we said that it would work, that was a typo, because it definitely won't work with a softopper.

EDIT: Can you point out that email to me? I'd hate to think that I ever said that.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
Are you trying to quiet down the truck or just deaden the panels? If you want to quiet it down your truck your going to need something to absorb the noise. The deadener really only stops the panels from vibrating and adding noise (so some people think it's quieter and it sort of is) but if you really want to quiet down you need to add some like MLV or Ensolite.
