    Hello all,
    Just went to the range and some one had a Walther PPS which they let me try. I put a few mags through the gun and I must say it is a nice piece. Very slim gun, 6+1 (7+1 with grip ext) available in 9mm or .40 S&W. If I needed another ccw gun I would hands down go for a PPS. If you are in the market for a good carry piece do yourself a favor and give it a go. Only thing I didn't like about the gun is that the mag release is a lever type along the bottom of the trigger guard. Figured I'd let yall know about it, I hadn't ever seen one before today and was quite impressed by it. My time with the gun was limited but it did feel and shoot like a quality piece.

    Looks like an awesome pistol. It also looks nearly identical to my XD9sc. Walther has a great reputation though and I'd like to have a P99 one day.

    He used to use the PPK. I haven't sen the recent movies...he may use the PPS now, Idk.

    Her majesty's secret service use the p99. I just bought a p22 as a plinker and its quite amazing! So as a brand I am overall happy with what i have seen from them also.

    The PPS is pretty sweet where as the PPK sucks (fixed barrel is not very accurate).

    Sorry, just now getting back. I think the PPS could be had for around $500. A guy at work is going through a divorce and needs some money. Only has about 200 rounds through it. He paid $700 new.
