Just my 2¢ but not sure why y'all need those tie down slots for. I'm sure you can secure the cooler fine using the straps; they are replaceable as well....unless maybe if you plan on regularly racing/jumping your rig:)

Are you sure? I just checked Amazon and it said it usually ships in 1-2 months. Expected delivery was late September to late october?

Yes I'm positive. I saw the same thing and decided to order one and received a updated email two days later stating a shipping change, and it's scheduled to be delivered this Saturday.

Yeah, was in the market for a day size unit, this fit the bill. Seal appears to make full contact on mine, as the contact/ compression areas are shiny and grooved, but I question the material they chose to use though. It's made of this dense black porous foam and the glue seam is visible at the ends, but sealed. Basically not a 1 piece non-porous urethane ring I'm used to seeing on this style of cooler. I'll be using it this weekend and will see how it works out. Will be in the desert in 100F + heat with this inside the bed under a factory black (Hot) tonneau. I'll report back after the weekend.

I'm still waiting for my replacement gasket...8 days meow

I had water in the cooler and at the end of my trip my bed was all wet from the water sloshing out.

If I don't get shipping info by the end of business hours today I'm probably going to request a refund.

Originally told Monday, that turned in to Thursday or Friday.

I've used this other self adhesive seal stuff I've seen at Lowe's which seems adequate for a gasket.

    https://www.lowes.com/pd/M-D-10-ft-Black-Rubber-Marine-Automotive-Weatherstrip/1038917

It's likely what I'll use later IF this foam turns to powder in a few years. That one I mention is foam, but smooth and sealed all around, but will have the two cut ends to deal with like the original one. Hope I can find a decent adhesive to get uniform compression from the seal.

I am waiting for a return label to return the 65. Since I'm not in a rush to get a cooler until September, I decided to go with an Orca since Optics Planet has a 10% coupon code. The return process is taking a while though, I initiated the email on Tuesday and I'm still waiting for a return slip.
