I pulled my seat belts when I took out my back panel never had occasion to need them but the extra space was welcome. I actually pulled my back panel, silly useless center console thing, seats, and belts a week after I got the truck and I was trying to get ideas for making a storage rack for the back when I stumbled on @docloco 's molle panel and was like; perfect!

I also lucked out and got the early version AC floor cubby doors that go completely across and meet in the middle. Pulled them from a wrecked truck in a junk yard. (No silly center console box.)

Think I had mine for about two weeks before I yanked all the seats and panels out. I want a set of those doors. The hole between them drives me nuts.

I know you can order them from the dealer, no idea on price though, probably not worth it. I'm still tossing around the idea of making a hinged lockable steel lid so I could keep a long gun in there for innawoods junk. Depends on how much crap I can move from there onto Doc's bulkhead rack, my bins are slam full of recovery gear right now. Shackles, slings, rope, etc.

A few audio upgrades, tinted windows, remote start because it f'n hot in Texas! 6in Fabtech DB lift, 17x9 Fuel Trophy wheels, 315/70/17 Duratracs,BAMF 80in sliders w/kickout, Prinsu cab rack w/30in Heretic light bar, custom bedside decals, custom hi-lift jack brackets, US Offroad front bumper w/winch, bed rack with RTT, CB, Short wave base station, Ultra gauge, color matched grille surround, an ungodly amount of recover gear, ARB fridge, hood struts, RotoPax, traction pads.
It took just a hair under 3sq ft to do just the back wall. I had a strip left that fit perfectly between the wall and where the carpet starts, so I put it there and decided to finish it all the way across inn the bottom as my OCD would strive new crazy if I didn't.

In preparation for GB#5 I removed plastic bins to find this. It appears to be factory noise deadening material. Here's my question(s). Has anyone installed their MOLLE panel on top of this? If yes, did it make some sections difficult to hang MOLLE add ons to the panel because of a tight fit? I'm considering removing and placing my own noise deadening material, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to. Work smarter not harder. :)

    Thanks guys!

Mine didn't have that, but it looks so thin, I don't think it would deaden much of anything.

I'd apply your own sound deadening material, then put the factory sound deadening material back in place.
