Why doesn't a 2017 truck have intermittent wipers and cruise? :notsure:

My wife helped be install a TRD Pro grill. I broke my arm a month ago, and she provided needed power that I don't have yet. Images when I get the suspension, sliders, and bumper on.

Got my Rago ditch light mounts and light brackets back from the powder coater yesterday so I decided to install my Black Oak LED ditch light pods and wire it all up with a CH4x4 custom switch today.

    Here's the end result.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a chance to install my Rokblokz mud guards and the LED headlights.

They stayed on the trade. The wheels are off a 4Runner Trail Edition. I had sold my sport wheels already. I'm honestly "meh" on the sport hood. I thought it looked damn good, but you don't realize how it impedes your sight lines until you have a hood without it. At 5'9 I'm not exactly tall, but it did block enough of my view to where I don't miss it.

Not the fanciest mod, but it's a start! Still mapping out all the plans for the truck.

Forgot I also put a Rago relay mount on too. Had it powder coated glossy white to match the truck too.

    IMG_2388.jpg

Now all I have to do is find some way to mount a set of pods on the back of the truck facing the reverse but I don't want to mount them on/in the bumper or on the top of the topper so I'm going to have to find some kind of mount that puts them mid way up the truck, maybe there's something out there somewhere.

Hopefully some of these fires will be out and smoke gone. No smoke at the coast though.

This looks so much easier than the one I built for my 2002 with a duraliner- all the 2017's bed sides are square! Sweet!! I had to cut a bunch of stupid shapes into the edges on mine. Now that I have a 2017, my socks rolled up and down when I saw the bed!

The awning is the 2 meter TJM awning, basically equivalent to an ARB awning. I mounted it using the provided stainless steel L-brackets and 1.5" square trailer leaf spring u-bolts to bolt into the crossbar (Amazon - $17). I did not want to drill the cross bar or use hose clamps. I have driven ~3000 miles with this set-up and have not observed movement, its solid. I just posted pictures of the F5s finally mounted.

Did you have to paint the inside of the cap, or are they already black?
