Truck's off the 2 years free service plan that came new. When I got it back from the dealer last time mechanic left his Gatorade catch bottle under the hood and hadn't put the dipstick in all the way. When I changed the oil today I found there was not crush washer on the drain plug.

Glad I'll be doing my own service from here on out.

Been dealing with the power going on and off today, hotter than hell.

Had Austin Energy come out and everything looked good on their end.

Just had an electrician come out and checked a few things

Seems to be pretty mysterious and random

Not the most fun

Kingsford seems to work the best for me.

You don't have to take the pork loin that high. 145 at minimum is perfectly fine for whole muscle pork. I normally take mine to 150, then rest for 10-15 minutes.
