Edit - I am an idiot. I was putting the left mark on the belt on the right cam and the right mark on the left cam. Had to fight it to get the crank shaft mark to line up.

Fixed it, but in doing so I had rotated the right camshaft slightly and then had to crank it around a few times to get it back into position so now the belt and timing marks are lined up all around. The crank never moved. The left cam had enough play to go clockwise back into lining up. Like I said I rotated the right cam clockwise with my ratchet and it would jump due to the lobes. I got it close and moved it to match up with my timing mark and got the belt on. Does the cam return to the same place every time when it's pointed at the timing mark?

I was almost to that point the other night and I was torquing down the number 2 idler pulley, my torque wrench broke and the bolt snapped... New bolt should be in on Tuesday.... I can't work on anything without something breaking.

It did, I was so glad that it at least wasn't stuck. I was able to get it out by hand.

Wrapped the O-Shit handles in paracord... Sounds dumb but it added a great cosmetic effect, and now my passengers have nice grip when I'm basically thrashing them around the cab :D
