Personally, I think that would look like shit on the lower bumper. It would be completely out of place with everything else on the truck. Carbon fiber can work on some vehicles, usually high end sports cars, but I don't think it fits on a truck.

Yeah maybe so, but I think if it were black enough it would look great.

Yep, and maybe, possibly, the chrome portion of the front grille. I hate that damn chrome part of the front grille. Any thoughts on if black carbon fiber film would look nice on front grille??

I like CF for the interior... both look good.

to the OP: nothing is cheesier than a non-functional hood scoop.

    Anyway, just some examples :)

I have done the arm rests in this stuff too. it is a very high quality product and conforms well to contours

Im interested in a few cf add ons I think. I'm liking the consol lid, cover for around shifter & cup holders.

I want to get carbon fiber strips along the door steps when you open the door. Anyone got good ones for there?

I dont think this would be a good option for the door sills ,it is still vinyl and would hold up to well there.

you could someone custom lay real C/F there

If you are interested in the console lid, shoot me a pm

aslo take a pic of what you are talking about being wrapped and I will let you know what I think

    Thanks

For the door sills, I think I will go with carbon fiber sticker stuff, I've seen a few that looked really sharp.

I will PM you once I get my wet okoles on and figure out what would look good.

FYI, if you have any of the WO material, I can also use that to cover the lid. It will be sewn just like the C/F one and attached to the list ( not just a pull over cover)

Just another option to throw out there

yeah, I didnt look into the links

thats a pretty neat ideal for hard plastic pieces,

so its not really a fabric

The stuff I use is better suited for the uphosltery side
