Yup. Fronts are the same on 2nd gens. The rear is where things differ depending on if you have the e-locker or not.

The e-locker is 8". Non e-locker is 8.4". From what I they're both actually the same size ring gear, but the 3rd member is different so they're not interchangeable and get the different designations, so it's clear that they're don't interchange.

I thought Sports only had the 8.4" because of the LSD?

You mean the older 2nd gens with the mechanical LSD? I don't know if they have the 8.4" diff like the non e-locker trucks, the 8" diff like the e-locker trucks, or a different beast entirely.

Ah. Okay. I didn't look at your post count or join date. I just assumed you were a new member. Either thread works. This one is definitely more active. Both are good groups of guys and there's overlap between them.

    thanks.

So ive be seeing quite a few memebers here comment how they have 3rd gens and are fitting 255/85/16s without a lift and cutting. Guess who is gonna try it?
this guy. I'm picking up some Maxxis here in a few hours. I wont have time to install them for a few weeks, but when I do, ill post up.

The reason I've bought these tires. I live 1.5 miles from a paved road. I live on top of a mountain. That 1.5 miles is downhill from the paved area. My drive to the bottom is about 8- 10 miles. So, ill be using these tires quite frequently just to get to work. my road is so steep that the community has put blue barrels out filled with sand and gravel to help people get unstuck on the slope.

I finished my other bedside decal and am getting ready to try to mount a fire extinguisher to my Voodoo rack. *Pics forthcoming*

Aww fudge. Is the white "weather resistant" or something? Or are the white more for oil fires?
