    None. Yet...
The lifespan on the two remaining badges turned out to be less than 24 hours.

When we went out to make a quick trip to the store the wife said "Get them off too". Can't argue with that.

I will take the "Pelfrey bumper on a 2WD is not silly" statement under advisement when I show her the lets get rid of the chrome on the rear bumper options. ;)

    A thing or two...
Have you changed your diff fluid? Did you use a new crush washer? If you reused the old one, it may not be sealing properly.

JD'STaco---Those special Tie wraps are the same ones I/We used at the Telephone Co. when I worked there. They are made that way because they are used in the outside plant on the cables inside on the splices etc . Ive used them on my motorcycles because that steel clip keeps things tight .
If you know/see a phone guy/gal working see if they can give you some to do field testing of your own . They come in various lengths so get the long one and you'll be covered.
The tie wraps you buy at Home Depot etc. have a plastic clip and usually end up slipping

I wanted to get out of the house, and the golf cart wasn't running. So, I went out for a ride on my place in the truck. Along the way I had to move a tree out of the way, but it allowed me to get a picture.

Thanks, I purchased 100-11" ones from Amazon. Thanks for the info and feedback on these. They should last a while.

While I loved the Darth Vader theme, I just had too much red going on my truck to sustain it. Sure Vader has a red light saber, but that's about it. Deadpool felt like the purrfect compromise.

I was on deployment and my wife had the truck serviced... obviously they talked her into changing the diff oil. I highly doubt they used a new one.

Got a link to a how to thread? I don't know what a crush washer is so I gotta now school myself up on it

I'm really liking that lower mesh. Do they have it in silver. I need more color back into the front end. May also give me a spot for the parking sensors.

A crush washer is a metal washer that goes over the bolt and crushes to form a seal when the drain/fill plug is torqued down. They should be replaced each time. The felt covered 'gasket' on the oil pan drain plug is a crush washer. There are crush washers on the fill/drain plugs for the diffs, transmission, and transfer case. They're only a few dollars.

If the dealership serviced the diff, they should have installed new crush washers. They may have just made a mess when they refilled the diff. Try cleaning up the diff with degreaser and seeing if the oil staining comes back.

Thanks, not sure about silver. Would most likely be a special order. This one was sent out to be powder coated black so it would be up to the vender. I would email them tomorrow and ask.
