I think if the nuts are free, you shouldn't have any issues.
There are two brackets near the skid plate and a bolt on the spindle.
As I recall when mine was yanked off last year, if wasn't a big issue.

I've wondered this too and drove over 50mi and still only put 18 gallons in a supposedly 21 gallon tank and that's with topping to the next whole dollar after first shut off(that particular tank full was 22-23 mpg so a bit over 2 gallons at least). I've also heard about the importance of "keeping the pump wet" so I do usually refill before the light comes on. Not gonna run it emprty to find out but if anyone does it would be helpful to post their miles and mileage after the light came on.

 

I've carried a gas can and "ran 'er dry" with every vehicle Ive owned just so I would know how much I had after light.
I've also put over. 23 gallons in by filling the neck.
Of course you cant do either of things or your vehicle will explode killing everyone in a one block radius but I like to live dangerously.

Hell, I used to rent dvds and return them without rewinding.

 

There are two yellow conduits terminated in blocks one to each side of the radiator. Are these accelerometers to activate the air bag system?

I have a question. If i add a 4"MaxTrac spindle to my 3"lift will it be at least close to a total of 6"lift?

I dont see any of the headlights mods on here like turning/parking alternating lights, DTRL mod, parking light alternative.

I used a small wedge of a plastic wire tie to push one contact point up to the other. Then soldered them together. Removed wedge, and moved on. I figure I could un-solder the points if needed, and they should open.
