Any issues mounting an awning on factory roof rack?

 

No issues mounting it.

Except my awning kept getting brushed by some big ass branches at RC.

 

Just using it for surf fishing on the beach. Just wanna make sure it won't fly off and it'll mount.

so my pelfreybilt front bumper should ship on the 22nd. i could definitely use some skilled help welding up some reinforcements. i was gonna grab the SOS concepts braces since they're precut. unless someone has a better solution, but i definitely need someone who can weld.

Rear disc conversion?

 

Yes. Test drive complete. Excellent results. I've read through hours of discussion on the subject and the bashing of these kits. People wrote they lock up, or the master cylinder does have enough ass to pressurize the piston, or drum brakes are good enough, etc. I'm very happy I did the swap. Braking is noticeably better without all the nose dive. The install was a pain to figure out with the parking brake design, but the second side went in with no problem after coming up with a few tricks.
Tom at SOS Performance has Sequoia master cylinder kits too that he says stiffen up the pedal feel. I didn't feel much change. Only a bit firmer after flushing the system.
The spacers look ridiculously huge with the rotors.
