How much do you plan to lift the truck? If you want to only lift the front to "level" the truck you can just set the 6112s up front to give you about 1" and leave the rear factory springs alone.

Go out measure from the center hub of each wheel to the bottom of each fender. See what the difference from the sides and front to back currently is at... then do the math of how much you want to add.

I want around 2-3 inches I guess, just don't want to do anything that would just lead to having to do more since my goal is really just to get a different look without messing anything up. And trying to do it with out spending a lot of money, but still be safe. It's ok to just do the front to level it and not change the rear? And it would only get me about an inch?

Also still want to be able to tow a small boat (16ft) not sure if lifts affect that much.

I tow a small boat with mine. No issue at all. Depends on the tongue weight. My boat is just a little 16ft aluminum fishing boat. If you want 3" you're definitely going to need to raise the rear end quite a bit. To level it probably just 1" up front is all.

Oh ok, and I read a post where you explained lifting alone doesn't clear bigger tires, if I did the 1" level
In the front, and got aftermarket rims with the right offset to clear uca and whatever else or spacers, would that be enough to fit bigger tires - mainly width (275-285) with out causing bigger issues ?

A lot of variables go into fitting anything larger than a 265/75/16 or 265/70/17 including wheel backspacing, offset, alignment specs, among other things. For instance even tire dimensions can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer based on tread depth/thickness, etc. Different trucks in the same model and trim can come from factory with slightly different alignment specs. So it's just hard to say. Just because one guy with the TRD OR DCSB 4x4 can fit without rubbing, doesn't mean the setup will not rub on your truck even if its the same trim and configuration. The safe sizes are as mentioned above...anything more than that and you just have to be prepared to Trim or Cut. It is what it is. You have to take it on a case by case basis when you start going outside of those sizes (265/75/16 or 265/70/17 ).

I knew it was photo shopped when I saw it on Facebook. The only way these Tacoma's would be able to turn 4 tires that big is downhill.
