    Another reason I often camp remotely - if my daughter is along she can go batshit crazy over my giving her the wrong color plate without disturbing anyone but me ;)

    The same shit everyone else has.
    I take that same approach to hunting and fishing. Nothing worse than seeing your favorite wild trout stream littered with garbage and bait containers :(

    Are there any campers on in here western PA? I never run into any Tacoma's exploring.

    Because parents take their kids camping and while mine was incredibly well behaved at that age some children are not. Kids need to let it out but it is up to the parent to decide when enough is enough.

    Awesome spot! I've found that's often the case when plans have to change because the common spots are taken anywhere. But for some reason if I go in to one of my fav locations with expectations of finding a new spot It doesn't happen.

    IMO there needs to be "family areas" so people without kids don't have to listen to other people's. LOL

    Even well behaved kids get sideways sometimes. I don't mind a kid who is playing loudly. If they are having a fit and the parents are just ignoring it an letting everyone deal with it than I get upset. If they are trying to get the kid through the issue than I don't mind. My boy is good 98% of the time but that other 2% can get interesting.
