    You know, the whole time I was working on it I knew I needed to take a before pic... I can loosen them up and see what happens. But starting out there was a solid 3/8th" gap, AKA just under a centimeter, on both sides. It wasn't bad, but I definitely didn't want it to get worse. I just bought the truck, so I don't know what caused the flaring, but it happened in under 40k miles. I use (torture) the bed of my truck all the time, so I definitely don't want it to get worse. And now I have tie downs and an antenna mount!

    The same shit everyone else has.
    Got all kinda shit done today.

    - Scrubbed the seat covers, carpet, rear platform, and floor mats
    - Washed the truck including the engine bay
    - Scrubbed the wheel wells
    - Cleaned the windows, including the ones on the Supertop
    - Replaced the shift knob
    - Re-tinted the foglights
    - Replaced the HVAC bulbs

    Tomorrow, I need to clean the windows inside the Supertop, spray wax the underside of the hood, tire shine the tires, and sort out the shifter washer situation...

    I met Tyler, the owner, a few weeks ago in Ouray at the FJ Summit. Good dude, had some stuff on display. Quality stuff, clean work and beautiful welds. That bumper you got there is at the top of my list.....my long, very expensive, never ending....list

    Mine started to spread once I put my bed bars and RTT on. Mine currently looks like yours in the "after"pic. I'm thinking of using a ratchet strap to pull my sides together prior to installing the bed supports to regain as much flex as possible.

    I'm rubbing on the cab mount pretty significantly. I'll be headed to the mountains next weekend and probably won't be able to get filler plates shipped in/installed by then. Is it ok to drive with that rub for an extended period?
