I get a pretty good tingle from that. Sometimes I'll do a little more, but I'm not trying to have my face feel like it's melting off.

    Sub'ing.

My work has a gym which I just joined for $18/month. I'm kinda overwhelmed though because I have no idea where to even begin. I wouldn't mind losing a bit of weight (some of that can be watching what I eat - I work for a candy company). And I should really work on getting away from my desk once an hour. But to walk into the gym and be faced with the dozens of machines is overwhelming. What to use, what weights to set the machines for, and how many reps. Mind = boggled.

But seriously - The trick is to find something that works and you also enjoy. If you hate what you're doing in the gym no matter the results you won't push yourself to keep going. It's tough, but it needs to be fun too. Are you active outside of work/gym? There are some great beginner programs you can try and see what you like vs not like. The hardest thing is walking in a gym with no plan and trying to figure out what to do. These are the people who end up just doing bicep curls in front of the mirror with too much weight while I laugh at them and take snap chats of their douchery. Don't be that guy

Find a plan. This is a good, simple plan I recommend to newcomers...it's great and I still use it from time to time.

    https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dougs-4-day-split-workout.html

You can click the workouts and it shows you exactly what to do and how to do them. Also, it tells you how many sets and reps to do. It's idiot proof.

Usually out hiking and such on weekends. Really seasonally active outside. I really dislike our hot and humid Summers so I practically hibernate during the Summer. Much more active in Spring, Fall, and Winter. But my outdoor activities are very random so I'm definitely not doing anything repetitive. Like you said though, not having a plan and not enjoying going to the gym is a sure way to kill a gym membership.

I can't get enough of summer with walks/bicycle/canoe as much as possible, knowing winter ain't too far away. Most people hibernate in the winter around here. :pout:
Thankfully I play Hockey all year round.....

Technically if you're not a dumb ass and use AAS properly, your balls won't shrink. HCG is used to prevent this from happening, as well as many other important things.

Tren, like every other AAS will not shrink your balls if you supplement HCG, lol.
