We love our area and close enough to town. This house is across the street from me on good water.

Did you look at satellite view on that one? Docks are on the ground.

 

That is my biggest complaint about where we are now. Late fall through early spring they let the water down and we practically lose all our water.

Laurens county side of the lake... Lower prices, lower taxes, but further from amenities.

 

I am trying to convince the wife we need to move to the country in the future after kiddo is out of school........I think I could convince her if it was on the lake like this.......

Ditto, I think.....one way or another (are ya with me, or am I going alone ) .......mine is just going into 9th grade this year

 

Think I did pretty good with the new decals and think she looks better with the black on white.

 

My oldest is going into the 7th, youngest 5th. I still got quite a while to go lol.

How much further from amenities? One thing nice about the house in Anderson was that it was down the street from all the stores for Jen.

We're trying to get away form the lake for a while to save some money (and mod a ruck). Being on the Greenwood side we're paying higher rent, and it's just rent, not even owning.

Not really, but it's a smaller city. You can get everything you need in town, but all the bigger shopping and such is in Cola, Augusta, or Greenville, maybe Anderson. But at the same time, none of them are more than an hour drive.

 

Anyone got any input about Beaufort County?

Greenwood side is about 10-15 mins. Laurens side is 20-30 minutes to Greenwood, 15-20 to Laurens.

Measure twice, sticker once!
