From what I've been reading, people seem to be pretty happy with the quality.

I wanted the install to look as close to OEM as possible. I still have plans to clean it up some more. I would like to use some silicone around the edges and then obviously clean up the front of my grill but overall it looks pretty good and I'm happy with it. The metal border I made is the same exact width as the TACOMA lettering on the grille. Therefore, I made one border to level it out with the TACOMA letters and then stacked one more level around the whole section including a little on top of the letters to make it look a little more professional. Not a lot out there for this so I made it up as I went. Again, pretty pleased with the outcome and it looks like it belongs.

I'm curious as to why you wanted a front camera, and two, how do you view it?

Hmmm.. I'll have to do some digging but I know there are some small cameras out there that you can barely even see. Though you might have some look integrating this factory one with a pro grill

Not what I imagined. Think I'd have gone for a flat camera mounted in the bumpy bit in the bumper.

Why would I want a front camera? To be honest, I think it's one of those things that's just really nice to have. You never know what you may need it for. Having a front camera allows for you to see how close you are to objects while maneuvering a vehicle into a tight space, such as parking. A front camera comes in handy with connecting to something in the front of you. You never know. For me, it was a personal preference.

As for why I went with this camera specifically verses some of the other ones that maybe you can't see because it's hidden, it's smaller, etc. I wanted it to look the same as the backup camera. To tie the two together. I know there are a TON of options out there. I wanted it to be as close to the backup camera as possible and what better than to get the exact same camera from a 2016 model that didn't want his camera anymore. Why spend money on a camera when you don't have to and it's free. Also, as you can see in my grill, I do not have the toyota logo in the front. I was not a big fan of it or any of the other factory emblems. The only emblems I have on my truck and I'm contemplating removing are the TACOMA emblems on the side of both front doors. Everything else has been removed. I also didn't want the camera to look different when I was viewing it from inside my vehicle. I wanted the view to be the exact same. Some front cameras just come with an open view and no lines because of the way it's set up. I wanted it to symbolize the reverse simply for parking and moving close to objects that could just be too hard to tell from inside the cab at how close you are getting. Again, personal preference. Lastly, I went with the cover for the camera again to tie them both together and have the same exact look whether it be in front or behind.

Wish I had the money and was smart enough to put a front camera on my truck. I still pull into a Walmart parking space and don't pull up far enough because I cannot judge the distance over the Cadillac like hood. I park where no one else does but still it is just the idea of not parking square in the parking spot that they painted lines on for a reason.

There are writeups by @Lord Humongous and @Hoangde (<- he even sells a harness), also there are vendors selling other harnesses as well.
