Nah. Dylan didn't want to go and I was in the 4Runner since I had to carry tons of shit to the camp site this weekend so I rolled out there in that. I would like to take the V out there sometime and tear up those curvy roads though. I'm thinking maybe next month if I don't have anything going on. This weekend is the Beaumont Coffee and Cars and I'm considering going out there on the way to the casino to do my birthday celebrating.

We get together at the most random of times and a lot of us just text each other since we know each other so well. I will try to keep any shenanigans updated in here for y'all to join. I would probably be down for something on Sunday if y'all wanted to do a little beach meet or something at SLP or Bryan Beach. As of right now i'm planning on probably running out to Lake Charles on Saturday and drinking and hanging out at the casino and then not sure what else after that.

Water in surf side was pretty clear. Think it was 10 degrees cooler than Houston. Lol
Bryan beach, the water was super dirty. No one caught any good fish. Mostly catfish. Caught a few baby popano!!

I'm sure it's been brought up before, but I have bumper/winch/ifs skid all steel at 200+ lbs and am on 5100's with 2886 coils and wanted to add another .5" or so. Can I set the 5100's to the first clop setting? None of my coils are touching and the front could be a little stiffer and I'm ok with it. I did a minor cmc and trim of the plastics and no rubbing with my 285/70/17 on methods, no spacers.

Any info would be help full.

I'm going to add ucas at the same time, pull my 1" rear block and install the Icon AAL for the rear with extended brake lines.

In the rear I just have a high clearance bumper steel also.

Assuming you have a quarter inch top plate spacer on the drivers side for the lean

I would just swap that out for a half incher and do something along those lines to match on the other side.

I think you you bumped the notches up on the shocks you would risk overextending one

@ChadsPride That's what I was thinking. 1/2" billet top spacer from wheelers and then the OME trim spacer on driver for the lean.

Sounds like a good game plan

You could leave it all and throw in a 1" body lift

You would only be risking the torches of TW, nothing else.

No No, I wouldn't want to get caught around those pavement pounders and keyboard warriors with a body lift, bad enough I haven't got a set of kings yet, and I'm still dicking around with the 5100's, lol!!!

No. I'm pulling the 1" block out of the back to add an AAL and ext lines. Figured the rear would be about .25-.50 higher so just want to level it out!

Me and some buds hit Big Bear yesterday and ran a couple blue trails and flexed good with out issues, I don't want to over complicate it by throwing a bunch of different parts that will take away from how simple it is!

Thanks to armor by @jeffz0rz and sliders by @Shmellmopwho everything was easy to get over!

And I don't mean to take away from anyone that has a body lift! If it works for you, it works! Just wheel it!

    Awesome pics!!!

You going with a single or progressive 3 leaf AAL?

I would just leave the front alone honestly.
