Being a bike rider I tend to block those guys with my truck. I split lanes and keep my motor quiet.

Most bikes appreciate when you give them room and give a ty wave while passing.

So my passenger climate control knob was sticking in the truck, so I got it replaced. Just looked at the invoice for the part alone - $905.47 plus another $108.45 in labor. I'm guessing they replaced the entire panel because it looks a lot newer, and possibly the wrong color, but I'm not sure. Glad I didn't have to pay for that shit, woulda kept the sticky knob.

I was going to say.... wow, i need to start going there. Lol kind of sucks little things aren't servicable for minimal amounts. Or are they just saying fuck it, at this point just replacing anything and everything immediately attached to the problem.

Toyota has been like that for a while. They just change out the whole assembly. For example you can't get u joints for your drive shaft. Toyota will sell you a whole drive shaft.

Milky way was pretty bright. Lol, I wasn't drinking so seeing falling stars was easy. Sounds like you guys had a blast. I'll be out there this fall once things cool down.

If anyone has Net Flix I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the movie "The Siege of Jadotville", which is based off of actual/true events. EXCELLENT movie for sure!!! I won't give out any info/spoilers other than it will PI$$ you off for what was done, but stick around and READ what happens after!!! I'm sure many of you will enjoy the movie!!!

Just call the DMV, I doubt they've heard that one:thumbsup:

... actually it's good to call and talk with someone, not sure with DMV, but Citi Bank took off a late fee because I called and explained was out of town. Plus I set up auto pay.

So I was behind a new Honda truck (if you can say that) on the 5 fwy today ... what is all the crap connecting to the rear tires ? Should of snapped a pic, but for example a Taco or Tundra, you're lucky to see the lower part of the pumpkin hanging but this thing looked like it was on rails.

Reminded me of Mitsubishi sport/utilities like the Endeavor, which I used to like until I noticed that stuff. I doubt they could run over a curb without scraping like a mofo. Just looks idiotic, like a bike with training wheels attached.
