Guys with dual swing outs, how sturdy do the latches feel?

I'm thinking of welding some latches onto my swing outs.

I spindles for a dual swingout setup, but only have the tire side on right now. The latch does feel sturdy though

So you have swingouts? But don't have latches?

Anyone know the width between the center hoop on a hybrid bumper. What size light bar fits in there?

I can't say for sure on a hybrid but on my plate it fits a 21.5" from Cali Raised just about perfect with some space on the sides but I don't think you could fit much bigger. I can't imagine that the hybrid would be much different if at all.

Feel good and strong to me. I added some pins with tethers that go into the hole where a lock would go. My wife didn't close it correctly/at all and it swung open and bent the pin. So now everyone knows that the pin needs to be reinstalled, so you know it's latched correctly. IMG_0926.jpgYou can see it on the passenger side^ the driver side is hanging out of frame. I've since added red lanyard keychains so they're noticed more.

I just picked up a brute force fab bed cage. What mounts are you guys using to mount a hi lift jack to it? Ideally, I want to mount the hi lift on the inside of the side mounting plates. I will have rotopax on one side and shovel/axe on the other side.

I'm looking to mount the jack like this...just can't tell what mount is being used.

if you have a lockable latch you can add a pad lock then it's definitely not going to open by accident.

Here's my contribution. Standard rear with swingout. I painted it last week, and just got it mounted over the weekend. Billy set it up to accommodate my 1-inch body lift. Given that my factory bumper was in the stock location, I gained a ton of clearance.

For the swingout. Did it go like this

Seal, bearing, swingout, bearing, washer, nut then cap?
